Double Cone Blenders We are offering a wide range of ball mills and double cone blenders that consists of cylindrical shell rotating on a horizontal axis mounted on a sturdy mild steel frame. Designed and developed utilizing mild steel, rubber lined and stainless steel, our mills are capable to withstand the rotational load of the mill charged with the grinding medium and the material to be processed. Moreover, openings are provided through which the grinding medium and the material that is to be processed can be loaded and discharged with ease. It is driven by a motor coupled to the reduction gear box along with a chain and sprocket arrangement or V belt. The working capacity of the mill can be calculated at 50% of the container capacity.
We are offering a wide range of double Cone blender, which is considered as an efficient mixer for mixing dry powder and granulates homogeneously. The entire system is manufactured using stainless steel in which, two-thirds of the volume of the cone blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. While, the powder can be loaded into the cone through a wider opening, it can be discharged through a mucon valve or a slide valve. Owing to its high end features, it is widely used for pharmaceutical, food, chemical and cosmetic applications.
